I think the service appointment was thoroughly scoped, but the delivery could have been better. The boot seal wasn't attached properly all the way around so I had to fix that. The speakers sound different after the new amp replaced.

The service was rubbish to say the least. My car was booked in for over a month before they could look at it. Then they had it for 2 days, not even moving it or looking at it on the 1st day. On the 2nd day they eventually looked at 3pm.
