The beginning was terrible, the salesman Shaquille was very unprofessional and moved me to another salesman, and never apologised for his mistake. Billy was his replacement and he supported me when he could but communication was poor but got better.

Again great service. Charles had my car ready when I got there and made sure it was ready. He took me through all the new functionality ( I previously owned a series 1 before) and made sure I could come back anytime if I needed help

The purchase process had its ups and downs. The finance options were a bit confusing even though Isaac spent quite a bit of time explaining the numbers to us. He found a new car for us but delivery timelines were always an unknown and kept changing.

Horrible service as the diagnosis was not done properly. I have taken the car to a specialist and they have advised there is no noise from the engine and this specialist is Munich Legends who look after BMW UKs cars. I was told £9000 for further diag

At first when I arrived for the service I handed over my car and asked for a service and was told a price which was below £100 next day when I came in to collect the car I had to pay £380 where things were changed without my knowledge not good.

I had to restate on three different occasions that the work should be covered by my service plan. The inspection missed a loose driver's side mirror which subsequently fell off while driving on the motorway.

Super efficient and easy to drop keys off and they let me bring my dog in to do it as I couldn't leave him in the car - they were quick and sent a comprehensive report - cleaned the car for me and even left a little gift bag which was so lovely

Didn't sort courtesy car. On pushing did they they say BMW Assist could sort it. BMW assist told me Berry could have contacted them and sorted it. At end, they took courtesy car keys back but didn't tell rental co who then asked me where car was !

I informed the gentleman that morning that I needed the car for school run. He called me after 2.30pm to update me. Apparently and I quote "with due respect, it is not his fault the car failed MOT". The following day it took 30min to locate the car.

I am very satisfied. I was shocked to find a goodie bag on my seat with some stuff, including an umbrella, torchlight, and other stuff, which was very nice of them. My car was washed after repair after the MOT, and I was very grateful.

they ring me back to re-schedule the appointment booked via the myBMW app postponing the appointment significantly. Once I left the car in the morning I was called in the afternoon to inform me the car has to be kept 2 days which was news to me.

The service desk team failed to tell me the car was ready and by the time I chased it up I was too late to collect by the 6pm deadline. The next day, they left me to find the car myself in a packed car park and showroom reception had to rescue me.
