Tony is an excellent salesman, giving honest and useful advice. He spent considerable time answering my endless questions during purchase and handover. The fact that during handover we did not need a BMW Genius shows Tony can do it all himself.

From our first visit we were impressed with the customer service. Joseph was so helpful answered all our questions. He got the car with all the specs we ask for and more. When we went to pick up the car we wasn't disappointed.

My 2 previous servicing experience were not particularly great. This one has been far better. Even the process of leaving the vehicle and keys, with a welcoming staff member made all the difference. For the first time i felt reassured.

my car left with a fault it did not arrive with. The car system was not reset to show the MOT had taken place and passed after i paid £580 in repairs so it passed. All very annoying, which i putting me off buying my next BMS

The service items went well. The very helpful vehicle check and video were excellent. The customer service was to a high standard. Mark Cresswell was my contact. Mark was great to deal with, very helpful, informative & friendly, just excellent.

Poor communication, repeated delays, car returned with further faults after a simple repair, conflicting explanations from staff. Completely unacceptable service.

I spoke to Tony early in the year, to see the process for ordering a new car. Everything was clear, Tony could not be nicer to deal with. I was updated. The process was seamless. A very different one to the last BMW dealer. Thanks Tony! Very happy.
