This would have been 5* had they told us more than a couple of hours before collecting the car that they wanted payment by Bank Transfer (rather than Debit Card as for my last car). I had to go into the bank, as the balance exceeded the online limit.

Shaquille and Toby were brilliant. Firstly Shaquille explained to me that' Toby was going to go through the car workings etc, and come back to me after and I'll finalise everything for you. Great and wonderful experience and both made it feel special

I brought my car in at 7.45am on the pre booked day for two recalls. At 4.30pm I was told it had not even gone into the work shop. As a carer for my wife I cannot afford to have my car off the road as mentioned at the time of booking.
