Excellent Communication throughout, updates given at regular intervals meaning I didn't have to chase once for anything. Great handover assisting setting up the car and showing all relevant controls and making sure everything was in order.

I cannot find the perfect word to describe how happy I am with the experience. Scott was very patient with me, my elderly mum and at the time of my purchase my baby was 3 months old when we took the car we wanted for a drive.

The experience was ok. No courtesy car offered, I found myself chasing a lot of the time for an update on the final day. Call back wasn't done until chased again, also was told 2 days and it took 3 days (end of the day - almost 4 if i missed closing)

Generally very good. At time of booking MOT we were told that we would be asked to unlock car a day before MOT. This was not needed in the end, but seems like inconsistent advice.

Still waiting for tyre inflation kit that was to be available the next day. Its now 2 weeks later and still nothing. Also, I was contacted many times to install the app. Was told it was needed but was never asked for. Promised demo never happened.

I recently changed my key's battery and questioned why I was charged for it without asking me first and the answer was along the lines of: 'That's the way it is". The free car wash left water marks allover the front of the car.

A bit of a hic up this time. It took a week to sort out the problems associated with sorting out the a/c of the vehicle. A day to order the new part which then arrived damaged. Another day to order a replacement then time to free the nuts/bolts

They quoted for repair and when I gave them my vehicle they called me back that they will charge me extra £1000 for the labour cost. I specifically spoke with the the person who booked the repair and he said there is no additional cost.

Because I've got charged £75 for checking my car when it's in warranty as it's a new car it's come back with scratch and the issue still there! And they said the warning light hasn't come on for 50 days
