This would have been 5* had they told us more than a couple of hours before collecting the car that they wanted payment by Bank Transfer (rather than Debit Card as for my last car). I had to go into the bank, as the balance exceeded the online limit.

Shaquille and Toby were brilliant. Firstly Shaquille explained to me that' Toby was going to go through the car workings etc, and come back to me after and I'll finalise everything for you. Great and wonderful experience and both made it feel special

Our car had a fault that was difficult to diagnose. Karen kept us informed daily on progress, reassured us that it would be fixed and gave us confidence that the fault wouldn't return.

Mainly due to the length of time it took to get a simple investigation & repair carried out. Updates throughout were not very good and misleading. Also, waiting for 6 weeks for the next available appointment is not good

I was very impressed with the organised team work at the site. When I arrived there were a team of officials in hi- vi jackets to usher me to park my vehicle. The organisation was even better when I entered the building. I was very impressed.

My most recent service was awful. Way too much contact, checking and re-checking things. Multiple check-ins, check-in on the app, then check in on the kiosk, and be asked a question. Overkill and annoying in terms of interactions.

My windscreen wipers no longer function having tried to use them for the 1st time yesterday since receiving my car back, I was not informed when the service was completed and needed to chase, also my car was left unlocked in the car park overnight.

I visited BMW Berry Croydon twice and felt unwelcome. Staff at the service reception failed to greet or acknowledge me, even after approaching different people. Basic customer service was lacking, which is disappointing for my favourite car brand.

Harry and all the staff at Berrys are always able to go that extra mile. Other dealerships often seem overwhelmed by the number of customers and can appear a bit abrupt. The Berrys staff are clearly chosen for their customer skills and knowledge.

I would have given a 5 star - you go to pick up you're vehicle but you are left waiting for ages! You don't know where to stand or sit! And there is no queueing system so they don't know who's next! Very disappointing and frustrating!
