This was a brake fluid service which was one of the lower costing service, so manageable. But its again about how staff greet, engage and making the customer feel good leaving the franchise.

Unhappy warning light for oil change came on after a signed off health check and they failed to reactivate a spare key they originally deactivated and said I needed a new key for 300 pounds.

Very friendly however always trying to upsell when things are not actually that urgent with their traffic light system with Pads and discs for brakes. Also received 2 calls prior to my service highlighting the sale event.

The service coordinator confirmed that the service light for Vehicle Inspection and Vehicle Check have been cleared but I see they are still ON. Clearly the service coordinator and the service engineer don't communicate with each other!

It's just a rip off now and you don't even see anyone. There's lots of people In the showroom but no one wants to talk to you. But maybe that's because it was a recall And I wasn't paying any money, hence why they were trying to upsell to me??

Gave practical advice regarding an issue with the car rather than simply opting for a very costly (and maybe unnecessary) part replacement. I feel confident that if costly repair works are recommended this would be the best solution.

It was a Curate's egg, good in parts. Initially their service manager was adamant they would not replace the suspect part, but when Jamie from the central BMW CS team managed to arrange the funding, it was carried out in a timely and efficient manner
