The experience was ok. No courtesy car offered, I found myself chasing a lot of the time for an update on the final day. Call back wasn't done until chased again, also was told 2 days and it took 3 days (end of the day - almost 4 if i missed closing)

Generally very good. At time of booking MOT we were told that we would be asked to unlock car a day before MOT. This was not needed in the end, but seems like inconsistent advice.
